We only accept returns if your item is defective.

Enter your full name, order number and the issue with your model and we will get in touch with you in the next 48h. Your return window is 7 calendar days.


You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process. To cancel an order, please send us an email at returns@esferiko.com with your order number handy.

We will refund your product purchase price as well as delivery, shipping, and
service fees.


Esferiko grants a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery on the models sold directly to its customers. The invoice serves as the warranty certificate and should be kept carefully. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use and maintenance. It includes free repair or replacement of the device.

The decision on whether to repair or replace a device lies
with Esferiko. The warranty period does not renew when a device is replaced.
A replacement device may be provided for the duration of the repair if Esferiko
acknowledges its necessity, but such a claim is not guaranteed. Excluded from the warranty are elemental damage, moisture damage, impact or fall
damage, natural wear and tear, mishandling, damage caused by external factors, as well as interventions in the product or its modification and the installa-
tion of non-original parts. Wear and tear parts and housing parts are also excluded from the warranty.

There is generally no right of return. In exceptional cases, the return of delivered goods is possible with written consent from Esferiko. The return of the
goods must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and
accompanied by the sales receipt. It is done at the customer's expense and
risk. Returns that Esferiko has not approved will not be accepted.
