How to use the esferiko Pro Part 1

BOWL

1.1Skiner

  1. Pour still water (avoid tap water) into the bowl.

  2. Add 1 spoon (5 ml) of the esferiko SKIN powder into the bowl.

  3. Place the bowl with its lid into the machine.

  4. Select the following sequence on the screen:

    BOWL›SKINER›START

1.2Mixer

  1. Pour the sauce into the bowl.

  2. Add the dosing amount of esferiko MIX indicated in the recipe.

  3. Place the bowl with its lid into the machine.

  4. Select the following sequence on the screen:

    BOWL›MIXER›START

BEAKER

  1. Pour the liquid into the inner cup.

  2. Fit the lid onto the BEAKER with the nozzle indicated in the recipe.

  3. Select BEAKER and wait for calibration.
